WESTFALL HORSEMANSHIP, INC. recognizes that any horse related activity can and should be considered dangerous and can cause accidents and/or death. Any contact with horses should be done with great care and it is recommended to seek out professionals with experience to help. WESTFALL HORSEMANSHIP, INC. is not liable for any actions resulting from use of tips, suggestions, articles, videos, etc. contained on this website.
Shipping Policy: Items in stock generally ship within 48 hours of receipt in our office. Items not in stock may take 1-6 weeks to receive. We currently ship USPS priority mail in the US and First Class International for out of the country orders. To ensure your package is shipped in a timely manner, please provide us with an accurate shipping address and please note on the order if your address typically encounters shipping difficulties. Any packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient address will require additional shipping paid for by customer.
Return policy: Here at Westfall Horsemanship we strive to run an honest business and want all our customers satisfied with their purchases-please ask any questions before buying and we will answer them honestly and to the best of our ability.
You may return unused tack for refund or replacement with your original receipt within 30 days of the shipment date if the product is in original and resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Video training tapes may not be returned unless found to be defective and are returned with original receipt within 30 days. Defective tapes may be returned for replacement only. You may wish to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. If an exchange is possible, customer will be responsible for return shipping on item to be exchanged and shipping for new item. Defective items will be shipped at no charge. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs that were charged to us. If a return is sent that we cannot re-sell as new-it will be refused. We MUST be notified of any returns beforehand so we can provide a return authorization, or the package will be denied.
Customer guarantee:
Westfall Horsemanship guarantees products to be free of defects. If a defective products is found it may be returned for exchange within 10 days from shipment date. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Replacements for defective items will be shipped free of charge.
Counterfeit Merchandise:
We have received numerous complaints from horse owners who have been duped, buying counterfeit video tapes and equipment online. This merchandise is not authorized by Westfall Horsemanship, is of low quality, and in the case of video tapes, often barely viewable. Do not be tricked into buying pirated illegal merchandise online as it will not meet with your approval and is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Only buy merchandise from Westfall Horsemanship or its authorized wholesalers.
Contest Rules:
All expo winners have two weeks after their names have been posted, in which, they must contact Westfall Horsemanship to claim their prize.
