I posted my top five gift ideas for horse owners and few days ago and one of them was a homemade bridle rack. Many of you asked for pictures…so heres a picture and instructions!
Items needed: 1) rough cut board 2) spare pieces of firewood 3)screws.
Instructions: 1) Cut firewood into small pieces 2) screw firewood sections to board. We put screw in from the backside of board so screw isn’t seen 3) hang board.
We change the length of the firewood depending on what we want to hang, longer for lunge lines, shorter if you only want one bridle on each.
Easy, safe, looks great too! Let me know if you have questions or if you make it!
I found this and decided to give this as a gift for Christmas to my granddaughters. They each got a box with 10 pieces of wood, the screws and the page with instructions. They have an 8 ft.piece of rough cut lumber to mount their wood pieces on. They were so excited! At first they were like, “WHAT IS THIS?” Then they saw the page with instructions. 🙂 Thanks for one of the best Christmas gifts I could have given them!
Aw! Thanks for sharing, great story!
