Sometimes it feels like I live in the truck! On my most recent trip to Waco, TX we drove over 2,600 miles round trip. Charydin was with me and we decided on the way home that we had ENOUGH of fast food. So...a little internet surfing and creative planning lead us to have pizza delivered to a hotel 40miles up the road. No-we didn't have a room-we just met the driver in the lobby (actually she was nice enough to deliver it to the truck) and we were "ON THE ROAD AGAIN" !

On our way to Alabama we stopped and overnighted at Rising Glory Farm. Wonderful people (great cookies) and we had a great time. We kept our three horses there and we stayed in the apartment right there in the barn.
As a special treat they let us ride a couple of Walking Horses and in trade Chris got to take Popcorn for a 'spin'-literally! If you are going through and need a place to stay I highly recommend them.
